These terms apply to the public website. A client project is governed by its proposal and service agreement, which take precedence for that project.

Purpose of the website
The website presents ZOHAR’s current services, authorised work and a clearly labelled roadmap. It is not a promise that products marked as future or in development are available.
Proposals and pricing
The displayed starting price is not a proposal. Scope, timing, languages, functionality, payments and responsibilities are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, this website’s design, text, brand and code belong to ZOHAR or are used with permission. Rights delivered to a client are those defined in that project’s agreement.
Portfolio and external links
Captures reflect projects when they were prepared. External destinations may change, become unavailable or apply their own terms.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass its protections, extract its content at scale or use the brand in a way likely to create confusion.
Availability and liability
We work to keep information accurate and the website available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation or a particular business result. Project-specific limits are defined in its agreement.
